We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Director to lead and grow one of our busy dealership service departments. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day service operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and work to achieve them

Monitor department performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys

Recruit, train, and motivate shop employees

Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures

Direct and schedule department staff for maximum efficiency

Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common labor operations

Coordinate with the Parts Dept. to ensure timely parts availability

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction ratings

Provide technical training and coaching to team members

What We're Looking For:

Domestic brand experience and certification preferred

Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department

High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index) scores

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and committed to excellence

Valid driver's license
