* Good understanding in inbound, outbound and inventory functions.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to interpret data and drive system/process improvements.

* Excellent communication skills for technical and business contexts.

* Experience in configuration changes and implementation * Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.

* Experience working in global teams and onshore-offshore models.

* Preferred: * Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Postman.

* Strategic mindset and critical thinking.

* Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to diverse audiences.
