Press Brake Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find an experienced Press Brake Operator for a metal fabrication manufacturing client located in Boring, Oregon.

Press Brake Operator (Day or Swing Shift)

Location: Boring, Oregon

Pay: $25 - $30+/hr (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday (4/10's shift)

Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday (4/10's shift)

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities

Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts to specifications

Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)

Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, and bend angles

Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Communicate with team leads and other departments to ensure job accuracy and timelines

Press Brake Operator Requirements

2+ years of press brake operation experience (CNC preferred)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

Forklift experience a plus

Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
