This is your chance to be part of the team that brings incredible events to life. From corporate conferences and private dining to large-scale celebrations, you’ll play a key role in coordinating sales and delivering exceptional service for our clients.
Your day:
Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and event planning
Coordinate client bookings and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
Assist with marketing collateral and promotional activity for events
Manage administrative tasks including contracts, invoicing, and CRM updates
Liaise with operations and culinary teams to guarantee flawless event delivery
Host site visits and provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients
You’ll bring:
Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality sales
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems (desirable)
A passion for events and creating memorable experiences
