Dev Lead AEM Forms - SOW

Job Summary

We are seeking a Development Lead with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

This role involves guiding teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of form-based applications using modern architectures and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using AEM Forms and related technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

Work with architects to implement architectural blueprints and supervise execution.

Conduct research to set technical direction for successful project delivery.

Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

Perform code and design reviews to maintain best practices.

Integrate applications with existing systems and infrastructure.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Monitor and manage application lifecycle, including upgrades and maintenance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in development roles such as Senior Developer or Technical Lead.

Proficiency in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, CSS, LESS, HTL, HTML.

Experience developing forms with 3-Tier & event-driven architecture for Adobe Forms or similar solutions.

Knowledge of event-driven technologies such as Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS.

Experience with microservices design, SaaS architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS).

Familiarity with AWS CKP, Lambda, and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Prior experience with Adobe SaaS products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Forms, and Cloud Manager.

Certifications

Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Forms Developer.

Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Developer.

AWS Certified Developer - Associate.

AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional.
