Our client, a leading organization in the data center and construction industry, is seeking a Data Center Environmental Permitting Program Manager to join their team.

As a Data Center Environmental Permitting Program Manager, you will be part of the Environmental Compliance team supporting construction and environmental permit compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Center Environmental Permitting Program Manager **Location:** Redmond, WA **Pay Range:** **What's the Job?** + Coordinate with subject-matter experts to ensure compliance obligations and environmental requirements are met during construction.

+ Manage environmental and construction consultants supporting site inspections and reporting.

+ Identify and mitigate issues related to stormwater, wetlands, streams, threatened and endangered species, cultural resources, buffers, tree preservation, and air compliance.

+ Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities for new builds.

+ Develop and implement environmental risk and compliance mitigation strategies to facilitate data center construction and operational readiness.

**What's Needed?** + Experience managing environmental permits and compliance during construction projects.

+ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and standards.

+ Excellent project management and organizational skills.

+ Ability to communicate complex environmental requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders.

+ Proficiency in coordinating with external consultants, agencies, and internal teams.
