Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and execute data center projects including MEP, electrical, and cooling systems

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision

Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements

Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in mission-critical or data center environments

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and cooling technologies

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive management style

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
