Salary Range: $43.67 - $48.74/hour per 2025-26 Public School Employees Salary Schedule
Work Year: 8.0 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 12 months/year
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience performing hardware diagnostics and repairs appropriate to a school-district environment.
Experience or training in analyzing end-user technology needs.
Experience in software, hardware, network troubleshooting, and support.
Experience in customer service and working with a diverse group of customers.
Valid Washington State Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications
A+ PC Certification.
Experience supporting standardized classroom technology configurations and audiovisual systems.
Experience using a technology ticketing system, such as IncidentIQ.
