Job Summary

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Machine Mechanic Member to support day-to-day machine maintenance, repair activities, and production line setup. The role ensures smooth manufacturing operations under supervision, maintaining equipment according to GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in machine installation, adjustments, and repair.

Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and minor part replacement.

Support preventive maintenance schedules and daily inspection tasks.

Set up machines for production changeover (size/format adjustments).

Report abnormalities, noise, vibration, leakage, or heat issues immediately.

Maintain tools and keep the mechanical workshop tidy and safe.

Assist in documentation and machine maintenance checklist filling

Main Requirements:

Vocational training or certificate in mechanical or technical field.

Fresh graduates accepted; 1-2 years experience preferred.

Basic understanding of motors, gears, belts, bearings, and machine parts.

Willingness to learn pharmaceutical machinery operation.

Hands-on mechanical skills, basic troubleshooting, attention to safety, teamwork, and discipline.

Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
