The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to support multiple manufacturing applications and user groups, with a strong focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT environments.
In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology-driven solutions and ensure seamless operations across enterprise systems.
What You'll Work On * Collaborate with user groups to analyze business needs and implement effective technology solutions * Provide advanced technical support across multiple platforms and applications * Lead system development, process analysis, integrations, and design/re-engineering initiatives * Manage system deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance * Maintain specialization in multiple software or business applications (ERP and/or MES preferred) * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend proactive enhancements * Ensure compliance with SDLC and validation deliverables for Quality and Non-Quality systems * Communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders Required Qualifications * Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred * Minimum 4 years of experience in IT technical roles * Strong project management skills * Business process knowledge related to IT * Deep knowledge of relevant IT technologies and products * Experience with GxP validation * Strong interdisciplinary, influence, and networking skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ERP and MES systems * Qualification in project management * Some experience with vendor management * Familiarity with SDLC compliance and validation processes Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.

The base pay for this position is $85,300.00 - $170,700.00.
