We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Specialist to join our Customs Brokerage team in Mineola, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in international logistics and customs compliance.

️ Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Specialist, you will support the daily operations of our brokerage division by:

Accurately enter and update shipment details in internal systems

Submit Importer Security Filings (ISFs) for ocean shipments

Assist with customs documentation and compliance reviews

Track and update shipment statuses; communicate changes to internal teams and clients

Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain smooth workflows

Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Upload/download documents to the Cloud and convert PDF files

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and technology

Hardworking, punctual, and reliable

Eager to learn and grow in logistics and customs brokerage

Able to follow directions and work well in a team

Comfortable in both back-office and customer-facing roles

Preferred but not required:

Exposure to Customs Brokerage or Customs Clearance

Experience with CargoWise software

1+ year in logistics, data entry, or administrative support

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Fluency in English

Ability to pass TSA background requirements, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
