Job Description

Salary Range: Based on experience

As an iOS App Developer, you will have the opportunity to support OxeFit’s advanced strength training platforms by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality and visually appealing iOS applications.

Essential Functions:

Code, test, implement, and assist in the design of inhouse software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements

Manage projects from concept to deployment to ensure high standards of performance, reliability, and usability

Contribute ideas and help to refine use cases and acceptance criteria

Evaluate new libraries, frameworks, and services for suitability

Participate in agile development such as stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with backend developers and designers to integrate APIs and data sources for seamless communication between the iOS apps and servers

Continuously optimize application performance and responsiveness by keeping up-to-date with with the latest industry trends

Maintain critical problem-solving skills by troubleshooting and ideating innovative solutions to technical issues and/or bugs

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Hands-on experience in Swift, Unit test automation, Agile, GitHub, and Objective-C

Experience creating test builds for quality assurance using TestFlight

5+ years of experience of professional software development

Solid understanding of Xcode and iOS SDK

Knowledge of iOS app architecture patterns (e.g. MVVM, MVP, etc.)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

Understanding of iOS design patterns/coding conventions, Apple’s Human Interface

Guidelines and App Store Review Guidelines
