Location: Covington, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotating: 1st- 7am-7pm for 2 weeks / 2nd- 7pm-7am for 2 weeks

Compensation: $30-$35 DOE

SUMMARY: Overall responsibility is to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair or modify complex industrial electrical and electronic equipment and systems by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance.

· Troubleshoot DC & AC Drives, DC & AC Motors, plc’s and control circuits

· Read and understand drawings (P&ID’s, control diagrams, wiring diagrams and ladder logic)

· Assist in the installation, calibration and start-up of new equipment.

· Occasional new wiring installations where running conduit is required

· Recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment where needed to improve operability.

· Maintain working environment in a neat, orderly and safe manner.

· Perform recordkeeping and administrative duties as required.
