Your Mission
In this high-impact position, you will take ownership of generating new business across both B2C and B2B sectors, engaging directly with homeowners, SMEs, landlords, facilities managers, and developers. Your role centres on conducting both in-person and virtual consultations to identify customer needs and present tailored solar and insulation solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing and qualifying leads through to delivering compelling product demonstrations, outlining financial returns, and ultimately closing deals.
Accuracy and organisation will be essential as you maintain detailed CRM records and follow structured follow-up processes to maximise conversion. You will work to exceed monthly revenue and activity targets while staying informed on the latest incentives, grant options, and compliance requirements within the renewable energy market. As a trusted advisor, you will always represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring customers receive clear, confident, and knowledgeable guidance.
Key Competencies
Proven background in field sales, direct sales, B2C energy solutions, home improvements, or B2B consultative selling.
