Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield is growing fast, and were looking for a reliable, hardworking Helper to support our Lead Bath Installer on bathroom remodeling projects across Essex County. This is hands-on workideal for someone who wants steady hours, strong training, and a path into the skilled trades.
Role Overview
Youll assist our experienced installers with demolition, prep work, material handling, installation support, and clean-up. Youll learn modern remodeling techniques, contribute to high-quality projects, and help deliver a 5-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Basic Tiling
Assist with demolition, debris removal, and jobsite prep
Carry, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Support installation of flooring, vanities, fixtures, wall systems, and shower conversions
Help set up waterproofing, substrates, and basic plumbing/electrical prep (under supervision)
Measure, cut, and prep materials as directed
Keep jobsite clean, safe, and customer-ready at all times
Communicate clearly with the Lead Installer and Project Manager
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Represent Bath Tune-Up professionally inside customers homes
What Were Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Comfortable doing physical worklifting, bending, carrying
Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
Valid drivers license preferred
Prior construction, handyman, moving, or labor experience
