We are seeking a Remote Entry-Level Sales Representative who will guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom
Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately through guidance
Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
Document all client interactions to ensure compliance with standards
Collaborate with team members to improve client experience
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and provide additional support
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Prior customer service, sales, or client support experience is an asset
Strong verbal communication skills with patience and empathy
Proficiency in using Zoom and digital tools for communication
Comfortable speaking over the phone
Preferred Qualifications:
No prior sales experience required as training will be provided.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Quick learner with strong adaptability in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for sales
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
