Responsibilities

Execute and coordinate messaging campaigns across multiple teams.

Work on customer profiling:

Serve targeted messages based on account data, app versions, and customer behavior.

Collaborate with IT, MLOps, and database teams.

Develop APIs and move data from source systems to internal databases.

Enhance data profiles by integrating additional data sources (big data challenges).

Analyze and query Oracle/SQL databases.

Work closely with marketing and a project manager who interfaces with IT.

Required Skills

3-5+ years of Data Engineering experience

Must have experience with both SQL (Oracle) & Python and ideally experience with R.

Experience creating APIs and working with source systems.

Marketing technology experience is a plus (Interact experience is ideal but not expected).

Strong technical skills for a role on a less technical team.
