Job Title: Application Developer Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote / Chicago, IL Preferred Position Summary Roji Health Intelligence is seeking an Application Developer to help build, maintain, and improve our suite of ASP.NET applications.
This position plays a key role in feature development, UI enhancements, application reliability, and contributing to our gradual move toward more modular, API-driven patterns.
This is a hands-on development role suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, curious about complex systems, and interested in contributing across multiple applications within a healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities: ● Build and enhance features across multiple ASP.NET Web Pages (.cshtml) applications.
● Contribute to gradual refactoring and improvements as we transition components toward an API-driven structure.
● Develop and maintain UI components using the Ext JS framework.
● Support backend updates, code quality improvements, and general application reliability.
● Support integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of embedded Tableau dashboards within the application suite.
● Assist in developing and consuming internal RESTful APIs.
● Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment preparation.
● Work with senior developers to understand system architecture, data pathways, and application interactions.
● Contribute to a range of application-related tasks across the platform, including updates, troubleshooting, and general enhancement work as needed.
Skills and Experience Requirements: ● Professional experience developing with C# and ASP.NET.
● Familiarity with .NET Framework 4.x and Razor (.cshtml). ● Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
● Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
● Comfortable with Git and source control workflows.
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple applications.
Nice-to-haves: ● Experience with Ext JS or similar JavaScript component frameworks.
● Exposure to RESTful APIs or service-driven application components.
● Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
● Familiarity with Tableau embedding or other BI integrations.
● Knowledge of IIS and Windows-based application environments.
● Interest in healthcare technology or analytics.
