Lead Consultant

We are actively seeking a Application Consultant to join a global leader in security and workforce management solutions.

With 50 years of expertise and partnerships across a variety of sectors, our client holds a leading international position in its field, with a strong focus on innovation, digital security, and flexibility.

Based in Dilbeek, you will work on Workforce Management software implementation projects across various industries (retail, healthcare, public services, aviation). You will provide both technical and functional support to clients and ensure that the solutions align with their operational and strategic objectives.

Implement and configure software in collaboration with project managers and technical teams Train users and provide post-deployment support University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a strong interest in IT Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing ERP, Workforce Management or HRIS solutions, as well as in functional analysis Strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end client support Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an additional asset Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal ease, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders (HR, IT, operational teams) A permanent contract within an innovative international company An attractive salary package with numerous extra-legal benefits, including meal vouchers, eco vouchers, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, company car, remote work possibilities, and more Extensive training opportunities from day one, along with real prospects for career development
