We are looking for a Planner I to join our team in Costa Rica.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage production schedules and maintain system and database accuracy.
Generate and process production paperwork for assigned product lines, including issuing/closing travelers and ensuring job-to-order alignment.
Estimate and plan raw materials and other required components; coordinate related purchasing activities.
Update and revise purchasing or planning documentation as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company and local Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Monitor production progress to meet required ship dates and prevent over- or under-shipping.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1+ years of experience / internship / training in production planning, materials management, or manufacturing operations.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Proficient in computer applications including email, record keeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to work in a self-managed team environment and adapt to varying work schedules.
Capable of handling inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business partners.
Skilled in presenting information to senior management, public groups, and boards of directors.
Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
