Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite)
DATA ANALYST - Onsite to start and then Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in Raritan NJ supporting J&J Supply Chain
1 year+ Contract with probability of extension
This position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.
Description:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics, finance, and supply chain management. It would be ideal to have a candidate with supply chain and medical devices data experience.
Experience:
o Proven experience in quantitative modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
o Familiarity with supply chain modeling, optimization, and logistics is a plus.
o Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.
o Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
o Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB.
o Proficiency in statistical software.
o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
o Strong mathematical and statistical foundation.
· Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
o Strong communication skills to explain complex models clearly.
o Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
