Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Laborer – Outdoor Lawn Care Products Germantown, WI to join their team. Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Laborer – Outdoor Lawn Care Products Germantown, WI

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $17.34+ $1.00 Shift Premium

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 3:30 AM)

What's the Job?

Ensure the organic materials flow smoothly through the shakers by poking and breaking up the material to prevent bridging.

Inform heavy equipment operators to fill shakers and assist with equipment troubleshooting when necessary.

Perform housekeeping duties such as scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags to maintain a clean work environment.

Assist with small bag line operations and restacking pallets as needed.

Monitor and maintain quality and quantity standards, reporting any equipment issues to maintenance personnel.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED.

Entry-level experience preferred, with basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills.

Ability to follow safety practices to ensure personal and team safety.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for most of the day.

Comfortable working in dusty environments and various weather conditions including hot, cold, or rainy weather.
