Job Description
Install and de-install ASML EUV system in a clean room environment
Install ASML EUV system at customer locations, from unload components, to build, to Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Including equipment with new features
Assemble high quality complex products resulting in ASML finished products
Adjust the assembled products according to the specifications
Disassemble ASML products in accordance with established specifications
Generate & execute install plans at customer locations, which include actions/experimentation and testing plans in resolving systems and or process issues.
Provide supports to applications and technical sales personnel as required.
Represent ASML at the customer’s site in a professional way and take responsibility for system installation progress.
Point out recurring problems during assembly, calibration and qualification and contributes to their solution.
Provide first line technical support on integration of systems, in order to minimize impact on installation schedule.
Interface with own work center, Manufacturing Engineering and Development & Engineering on complex technical production issues.
Ensure required technical and administrative documentation is completed in a clear, concise and timely manner.
Handle customer questions, requests and assist customers in a professional manner
Ensure proper written and oral communications occur with all stakeholders.
Prepare and make presentations as required.
The Engineers are willing to travel and stay abroad to support planned installs and de-installs on the job when necessary.
Education
Bachelor’s degree like Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, (Applied) Physics, or comparable.
Experience
Experience in a customer support department for high tech products. Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra Clean Vacuum.
Engineers with 2-3 years ASML EUV or DUV systems metrology experience are preferred.

Other Information
Flexibility to travel to other countries including Taiwan, USA, Israel and others where the EUV installation and deinstallation supports are required, with short notice.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
