Responsibilities * Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT-related systems * Create and manage user accounts and access * Perform Office 365 and network administration * Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records * Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary * Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training * Office 365 Administration * Microsoft Office Experience * Active Directory Experience * Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience * Networking - Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc.
Experience Preferred * Mobile Device Management Experience * AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience * Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role * Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills * Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: * Strong knowledge of IT support practices, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
