" ServiceNow Expertise

Strong knowledge of CMDB module, CI classes, and relationships.

Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub ETL.

Familiarity with ITOM and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).

" ITIL Framework

Solid understanding of Configuration Management principles and ITIL v4.

" Data Management

CI lifecycle management, data normalization, and duplicate elimination.

Automated discovery and reconciliation tools.

" Integration & Scripting

Ability to configure integrations with SCCM, AD, and other systems.

Basic scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) for workflow customization.

" Reporting & Governance

CMDB Health Dashboard, audit reports, and compliance checks.

" CMDB design and governance implementation.

" CI identification rules and attribute mapping.

" Service mapping for applications and infrastructure.

" Knowledge of asset management and software license compliance
