Test Engineer - LabVIEW Experience

Position: Test Engineer - Electrical & LabVIEW Focus

Location: Rockford, IL (On-site)

Salary Range: $70K - $120K (DOE)

We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to support the development and validation of advanced hydraulic and electronic systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in electrical testing and LabVIEW programming, who thrives in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test procedures for hydraulic and electronic components and systems

Utilize LabVIEW to create automated test sequences and data acquisition tools

Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment and instrumentation

Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and performance

Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports and recommendations

Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and equipment

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in LabVIEW and electrical testing methodologies

Experience with hydraulic systems or components is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Experience as an Electrical or Test Technician also considered
