Position Summary

We are seeking a skilledCNC Programmer / CNC Machinistto develop efficient CNC programs, set up machines, and produce high-quality parts. This role combines advanced programming with hands-on machining to support precision manufacturing and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program CNC machines using Fusion 360 CAM software.

Interpret drawings, models, and GD&T for copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and steel alloys.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (HAAS), including multi-axis and live tooling.

Inspect parts for accuracy and collaborate with Quality on corrective actions.

Optimize cycle times, tooling, and machining strategies for efficiency.

Maintain safety standards and organized work areas.

Qualifications

3+ years CNC machining/programming experience (milling, turning, multi-axis).

Proficiency with Fusion 360 or similar CAM software.

Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain tight tolerances.

Experience with HAAS machines and common precision materials.

Preferred

4-axis/5-axis programming, probing routines, fixture design.

Familiarity with copper machining and ERP systems.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Work around machinery, lubricants, and noise.

Pay

$25 - $35 hourly depending on experience level
