Packing Machine Operator

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Summary

Join a leading battery-components manufacturer as a Packing Machine Operator. You’ll receive on-the-job training and be part of a hands-on team dedicated to quality and efficiency. This role requires a quick learner who’s committed to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Set up machines for each production cycle (calibration, cleaning, etc.)

Control and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal output

Feed materials or parts into machines and package finished goods

Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools to ensure quality

Test machine operation at regular intervals

Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during your shift

Maintain accurate activity logs and production records

Requirements

Strong, verifiable work history—reliable attendance and performance

Strict adherence to health & safety regulations (constant use of protective gear)

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Physical stamina and strength (able to lift up to 40 lbs)

High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience a plus

Shift & Schedule

Monday–Wednesday:

5:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday 5:00 AM–9:00 AM

Overtime mandatory as needed on Fridays
