As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mariano Oliveri - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales duties:
Develop new business opportunities from internal customers.
Contact customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present insurance options.
Conduct needs-based assessments to determine the most suitable products for customers.
Provide comprehensive quotes and tailor insurance packages to meet individual customer goals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Customer Service duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers regarding policy questions, billing issues, and claims processing.
Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and changes accurately and efficiently.
Guide cust6omers through the claims process and liaise with the claims department to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct proactive policy reviews with customers to ensure their coverage remains adequate.
Document all customer interactions and policy changes.
