ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Outside Commercial Lines Producer with Ryan Shumate State Farm, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

*THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED ROLE WITH A $2,500 MONTH DRAW AGAINST COMMISION*

- 10% commission on raw new business auto and fire

- 1000 Bonus at 20k P&C

- 1000 Bonus at 30k P&C

- 1000 Bonus at 40k P&C

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain business insurance customer relationships.

Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.

Prepare and present insurance proposals to business customers.

Produce at least 20k Premium/ month.QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in business insurance sales.

Negotiation and presentation skills.

Knowledge of commercial insurance products.

Flexible work from home options available.
