We are seeking a Junior Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support through a blend of diverse planning and administrative responsibilities that help ensure a seamless client experience. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your career in financial services and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the planning process.

Position Responsibilities

Preparation of Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings

Utilize websites and software to obtain and update client and product information

Manage calendar(s) of advisor or advisors

Establish and maintain detailed client files obtaining client statements when necessary

Prepare client correspondence, including letters and email correspondence

Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate

Assist in client meetings

Minimum Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales or the wealth management Industry

Experience using a CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Life & Health Insurance License, working toward Series 65 licenses

Intermediate or higher level knowledge of Google Suite

Ability to learn new technologies including utilization of AI where appropriate

Key Traits

Savvy customer service to include excellent communication; both oral and written

Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, proactive, and resourceful

Demonstrate emotional intelligence and poise under pressure

Flexibility to contribute as part of a team adhering to company values

Compensation & Bonus Structure
