Job Description

Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and keep projects on track

Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, ideally in light industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and field coordination

Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
