Associate Attorney
Established 20+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Attorney for Wills, Trusts, Estate and Guardianship Litigation in Fort Myers, FL
An established firm based in Fort Myers with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 4-10 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with wills, trusts, estate and guardianship administration and litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. This is a unique opportunity to become a shareholder and, in a few years, take over a dynamic and lucrative practice in a growing legal market.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and maintain an active license in good standing with The Florida Bar.
The candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience, with four to ten years preferred.
A Tax LL.M. is favored due to the complexity of trust arrangements and high-dollar matters.
The candidate must be computer literate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in person. Applications without experience or Florida Bar admission will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
The attorney will focus on wills, trusts, estate and guardianship administration and litigation, with litigation as the primary focus.
The attorney will manage complex cases, develop strategies for resolution, and maintain strong client relationships. The attorney will prepare and draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings.
The attorney will work collaboratively with the team and demonstrate leadership within the community. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
