CSR / Dispatcher (Dispatcher-Heavy) – Full Time

Position Details

Role: CSR / Dispatcher (majority dispatching)

Schedule: Full-Time, 30–40 hours/week

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: In-office (not remote)

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism

Book jobs accurately using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro

Dispatch technicians based on skillset, schedule, location, and urgency

Manage the tech capacity board daily

Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages

Take payments and assist with invoicing

Make outbound calls for memberships & maintenance reminders

Follow up on open estimates and pending approvals

Assist with customer recovery calls and review management

Contribute to a smooth, organized office workflow

Requirements

2+ years of experience in dispatching or CSR within the trades (plumbing or HVAC required)

Experience using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro

Strong multitasking and time-management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent phone voice with a friendly, warm presence

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly

Must be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, patient, coachable, and a natural problem solver
