Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency
- Provide accurate product information and solutions to customers
- Undergo training to improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date on products and services
Requirements:
-OND/ HND/Bachelor Degree holder.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work schedule:
-Monday, Wednesday, Friday
