Position: Japanese Invoice Processor Salary: P 50,000 to P 70,000 Type of work: Back office and Non Voice Industry: Luxury Car Brand Location: Pampanga and Cebu Work Schedule: Dayshift - 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Arrangements: Onsite during probationary and WFH for 10 days upon regularization BENEFITS: - Government Mandated Benefits - Sick Leave - Vacation Leave - 13th Month Pay - Life and Health Insurance - Upon regularization, remote work for 10 days in a month - Other benefits and allowances will be disclosed in the offer JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Filipino who speaks Japanese and English - Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 or JLPT N2, no need for certification.

- Can speak English because majority of co workers are Filipino - Degree holder of any course - This is more on transaction type of job where invoices are being checked - NO JLPT required as long as he/she speaks Japanese - Open to work onsite as this is work in the office job - Having an invoice background is preferred but not required.

- Financial related work experience is an advantage.

- Willing to undergo training and persistent to learn new function - Having a finance background is an advantage.

- Can work ASAP in either Cebu or Pampanga, the applicant will choose his/her preferred location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handle the invoice and billing checking of the company - Check billings vs payment made by Japanese Companies - Translate basic information on billing like: Company name, amount and description - Handle invoices written in Japanese and process it on the portal - Double check if payment made by client is correct based on agreement - Check if all items have been paid on the billing invoices - Report any discrepancy to accounts payable team for investigation - The job will mostly deal on invoices written in Japanese - The information to be translated is mostly Japanese companies buying cars RECRUITMENT PROCESS: - Initial Interview with HR; - Panel/Final Interview with the Japanese speaker colleague and the Hiring Manager - Once considered for hiring then will proceed with Job offer discussion HOW TO APPLY: Register now on our website to be updated with our Job Openings: Send your resume to: Mobile: Look for: Ms.
