Train and mentor machinists on machining best practices, tooling strategies, and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all machining activities. Qualifications

Mastercam proficiency is mandatory including advanced 5-axis toolpaths (simultaneous and 3+2).

5 10+ years of CNC programming and machining experience with complex parts.

Strong knowledge of machining theory, cutting parameters, feeds/speeds, and workholding.

Hands-on setup experience on CNC mills and lathes.
