AI Technical Project Manager

Soni's client is seeking a Director of AI Technologies to lead the execution of their AI roadmap and translate business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring our AI initiatives are innovative, production-ready, and aligned with company goals.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical delivery of our AI roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Translate business requirements into AI/ML roadmaps, models, and agent capabilities.

Define and track measurable success metrics (accuracy, ROI, latency, etc.).

Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams for seamless delivery and adoption.

Ensure AI solutions meet NIST and SOC-2 compliance standards.

Provide hands-on leadership from concept through deployment. What You Bring

3+ years managing AI/ML products or AI technical initiatives.

Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, ML, and agentic AI frameworks.

Proven experience delivering production-ready AI systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience with NIST and SOC-2 compliance.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, InfoSec, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.

Strong leadership, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

AWS AI delivery experience is a plus.
