• ServiceNow Expertise

• Strong knowledge of CMDB module, CI classes, and relationships.

• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub ETL.

• Familiarity with ITOM and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).

• ITIL Framework

• Solid understanding of Configuration Management principles and ITIL v4.

• Data Management

• CI lifecycle management, data normalization, and duplicate elimination.

• utomated discovery and reconciliation tools.

• Integration & Scripting

• bility to configure integrations with SCCM, AD, and other systems.

• Basic scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) for workflow customization.

• Reporting & Governance

• CMDB Health Dashboard, audit reports, and compliance checks.

• CMDB design and governance implementation.

• CI identification rules and attribute mapping.

• Service mapping for applications and infrastructure.

• Knowledge of asset management and software license compliance
