Niyam is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer, proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong background in mobile and web application development, to support one of our federal clients. This is a hybrid position, where person will be required to go onsite to client location in Ashburn, VA at least 2 days/week.

You will work with the following tech stack; Angular, Spring Boot, Flutter, Kubernetes, Gradle, iOS & Android (Native), Firebase and the following languages; Dart, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Postgres SQL, Groovy, HTML/CSS, Tool Command Language (TCL).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern development practices.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs.

Maintain code quality through unit testing, automation, and peer reviews.

Participate in Agile/Scrum-based development cycles.

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Qualifications and Education Requirements:

US Citizenship with ability to obtain a public trust.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must be able to work onsite at client location in Ashburn, VA as needed.

4+ years of experience in full stack development for web and mobile platforms.

Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Firebase services such as authentication, analytics, and cloud functions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working with federal clients.

Active public trust or security clearance.

Experience working in Agile teams.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Contribution to open-source or personal GitHub projects.
