JUNIOR PL/SQL Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior PostgreSQL Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a solid foundation in database concepts, as well as strong logical and problem-solving skills. The candidate will assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining database functionalities, supporting application requirements in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Write and maintain database functions, triggers, and stored procedures.

● Participate in implementing data models and modifying database schema as needed.

● Support development and maintenance of stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

● Collaborate with senior developers on database-related tasks.

● Conduct unit testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of database code.

● Interact with team members to resolve issues and achieve project goals.

● Work with software developers to integrate database functionality within applications.

● Document technical details of database functions and solutions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in database development, particularly in PostgreSQL and PL/SQL.

Familiarity with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, or cloud-based database service
