POSITION SUMMARY
Job Purpose: The FOH Team Member position is responsible for four separate functional areas
including counter service, drive through order taking, drink order taking, and drive through window
service. This position will take orders, process payments, and fill and refill drinks according to recipes
and company procedures.

Drive Through Order Taker (Outdoor)
Takes orders accurately and processes credit card payments in the drive thru line
Understands the menu and is able to answer guest questions and troubleshoot basic guest concerns
Uses a tablet to accurately place orders using Point of Sale software
Communicates effectively with other team members
Understands and executes company guidelines for timeliness and accuracy
Counter Service
Takes orders accurately and processes credit card and cash payments
Understands the menu, able to answer guest questions, and troubleshoot basic guest concerns
Delivers guest orders to the appropriate table in a timely manner
Assists in cleaning the dining room as assigned
Uses a Point-of-Sale system to place orders accurately
Understands and executes company guidelines for timeliness and accuracy
Drive Thru Window (Indoors)
Delivers guest orders and processes cash and credit card payments at the drive thru window
Understands the menu, able to answer guest questions, and troubleshoot basic guest concerns
Confirms order accuracy and quality before delivering to guests
Understands and executes company guidelines for timeliness and accuracy
Drinks/Shakes
Prepares drinks and milk shakes according to company recipes and specifications
Can read and use an order screen
Understands and executes company guidelines for timeliness and accuracy
All Positions
Communicates effectively with guests and provides excellent customer service
Adheres to back door security policies at all times
Understands teamwork and can effectively assist other positions throughout the shift
Maintains proper dress code and hygiene standards at all times
Maintains proper cleaning and sanitation standards at all times
Properly breaks down and cleans equipment at the end of the shift
