Position Details:

Location: Paragould, AR

Type: Full-time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with network staff and stakeholders to ensure reliable operation of software and systems.

Design, deploy, and optimize applications and operating systems.

Conduct system and security audits, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

Develop documentation and provide training to end users.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent work experience (8+ years).

Proven experience in software systems design, development, and implementation.

Strong knowledge of network and PC operating systems, security principles, and software protocols.

Experience with core applications such as Microsoft, CISCO, and Zendesk.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Work Conditions:

On-call availability (5-7 days per month).

Sitting for extended periods, occasional lifting, and inspection of cables.
