Thread Roll Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Roll Thread Machine Operator to join our expanding production team. In this position, you will set up, run, and fine-tune thread-rolling equipment to produce accurate, high-quality threaded parts.

Key Duties

Configure and operate thread-rolling machines according to production requirements

Choose the correct tooling and setup components based on job specifications

Perform die changes and make necessary tooling or machine adjustments

Work with maintenance and leadership to troubleshoot equipment or tooling concerns

Conduct in-process inspections using tools such as calipers and tape measure

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and performing basic measurements

Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping

Prior experience with thread-rolling machines is a plus but not mandatory

Experience operating metal manufacturing machinery is required

Must hold a valid driver’s license
