Mon-Thu in office; Fridays remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer with a strong emphasis on ERP support and integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, reporting tools, and object-oriented programming (preferably C#). In this role, you will develop and maintain business applications, enhance ERP workflows, analyze business requirements, and build efficient, scalable solutions. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure technology solutions align with organizational objectives.

Reports To:

VP of IT

Essential Functions

Develop, maintain, and enhance custom application systems and integrations.

Provide ERP support, including troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, and module configuration.

Design and develop reports using tools such as DevExpress, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, integration, and application issues.

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define objectives, and design effective solutions.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, refactoring, or system improvements.

Document application changes, technical processes, and system configurations.

Assist with upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts for ERP or related business systems.

Provide support for IT-related projects, cross-functional initiatives, and system implementations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of SQL Server, relational database concepts, and advanced query development.

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and other object-oriented programming languages.

Experience supporting or integrating with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.

Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data integration methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration to achieve project goals.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Some work over holidays, weekends, and evenings may be required depending on business needs
