We are seeking a dedicated Training Officer to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our cleaning and security staff.

The ideal candidate will ensure that employees are well-prepared, compliant with industry standards, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities • Develop & Conduct training programs for cleaning and security staff, tailored to operational needs, client requirements and SOP.

• Conduct induction sessions for new recruits, ensuring they understand company policies and operational standards.

• Develop and implement training programs in line with GTS requirement and HSE security guard training.

• Deliver practical workshops on patrol techniques, access control, conflict resolution, and incident reporting and other related trainings.

• Ensures that security guards are up-to-date with the latest best practices and protocols.

• Deliver practical workshops on cleaning techniques, chemical & machine handling, safety protocols and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s security regulations and occupational safety standards.

• Monitor performance and identify training needs through assessments and feedback.

• Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.

• Collaborate with QHSE Manager, Supervisors and Operations Team to align training with company goals.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Training, HR, Management, or related field (preferred). • Relevant certifications for HSE professionals and security guards • Proven 3-5 years minimum experience in training roles within cleaning, facilities, or security industries.

• Knowledge of Bahrain’s security regulations and protocols.

• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.

• Organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple training initiatives.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse teams.
