Weekly Average- $1,200-$1,475

Pay Structure- CMP is based on verified experience $0.46- $0.68, Drivers do receive detention & layover pay

Requirements at a minimum-

Drivers with a Valid Class CDL

Drivers with a certifications from an accredited CDL A School within past 90 days will be eligible for on the job training with a lead driver

No large gaps of unemployment more than 12 months in past 3 years

Self employment must be verified

must be 21 years of age to apply

Endorsements- NA

Must have California CDL A to apply

Home Time- Drivers will stay out 10 -14 days

Drivers will have reset or days off eac week alternating every other weekend at home (off Saturday & Sunday

Shift Start Time- Day & Evening Shifts

Responsibilities-

Maintain accurate records and logs according to DOT regulations.

Operate truck safely and apply knowledge of commercial driver regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicles in difficult situation.

May be required to drive combinations with variety of trailers such as dry van, reefer, flat bed, manual transmissions etc.

Perform vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips and record any defects they find.

Ability to execute maximum force to lift, push, pull or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

No live loads at pick up location all trailers are preloaded

Driver will take trailers to dedicated store locations

2300-2600 miles weekly
