Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Maintain participant records, daily notes, quarterly reports, per Medicaid, Licensure, and CARF standards.

Participate and/or provide input for the PCP process (plan, quarterlies, daily notes) and work in conjunction with the team in the implementat Support Professional, Behavioral Health, Support, Professional, Business Services
