Job Description
As a Project Manager, you'll plan, coordinate, and execute projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and field teams, balancing technical execution with relationship management. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on light industrial or commercial builds. They excel in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management, and bring strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is preferred. A proactive mindset and ability to deliver projects that resonate with clients and communities are essential.
