Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:
Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion
Develop scopes of work and manage procurement of subcontractors and materials
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations
Facilitate coordination between design professionals, consultants, and field teams
Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost tracking reports
Conduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
Support business development and client relationship management
Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery

The Successful Applicant
The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Project Manager should have:
Proven experience in large scale construction project management
Experience managing healthcare, multifamily, or mission critical projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA certification and additional training a plus
